But what do we think about Proc. 1959 ? Hmm.. the only grounds for the declaration of martial law are INVASION and REBELLION. Did the Ampatuans rebel against the government ? From what I know, the government was already clearly in control of the situation with the arrest of several members of the Ampatuan clan. They already searched their haouse and recovered those high-powered firearms. Nevertheless, the president must also demonstrate why martial law needs to be declared.
So there, I've said my part.. I just hope that those victims and the families affected by the Maguindanao Massacre will achieve justice.

ReplyDeletewhat happened in Maguindanao was really gruesome. corruption will be the result in what they are doing. And hell will be there place because of what Ampatuan clan have done.
